(b) in relation to certain Israel Bond issues exempt from the requirement for a prospectus compliant with the EC Prospectus Directive, the relevant Offering Memorandum and Pricing Supplement.

In making this Website more widely available than this, we do not in relation to Bonds that are subject to the terms of the Information Memorandum undertake to do business with investors who are resident in other jurisdictions apart from those just mentioned.

Should any part of these Terms be held unenforceable or in conflict with the applicable law of any jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining parts or provisions shall not be affected. These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute regarding these Terms or the Website shall be dealt with by the English courts. Nothing within these Terms shall prevent us from bringing proceedings to protect our intellectual property rights before any competent court.
